80-90 non alcoholic drinks

I'm gunna go buy some local sausage here around 5$ a pound so yall don't have to load and cool it during travel.
If I need to get eggs too I can...my stepdaughter has some local we can purchase.

I’ll talk to our chickens and see if they can ramp up production a bit and we will bring a bunch of eggs Or anything else needed to fill in the areas lacking.

Looks like we have breakfast meals covered for the entire event.

I assume lunch meals will be gotten during our rides.

Currently, we only have 3 evening meals covered for the entire event.
Obviously, we will be short some planned meals and will need to make some grocery store runs....

Depends on how many are arriving early. 18(thurs) to 21(Sun) would be only 3 evening meals

Yeah, the eggs we will be bringing will be pickled

To much eggs?
Maybe egg liqueur could be an Option?
recipe uses only the yellow part of the egg.
U need for a Quart:
9 egg yolk
1 vanilla pod inert
9 oz dust sugar
bring it together and strike it to a creamy consistence
9 oz cream
8 oz 140 proof rum or whatever.....

warm it up to 158 degrees fahrenheit in a water bath destroys germs.

I'm not sure what to bring. As Steph said, it's kind of a pain to keep meat cold for that long of a trip. I suppose I could bring a couple tubs of chips. Here in central PA, we are kind of famous for our local potato chip producers, Middleswarth and Hartley's. It's very common for people to send those chips to family members that no longer live in the area.

A lot depends on the number of early arrivals requiring additional meals and the number of total members attending.

Dont worry about it Matt cause you have to have room for all your tent, cloths and etc...we are going ro habe plenty of stuff and like Keith said we can go get whatever we need its no big deal

Exactly there is 2 liquors stores within 5 miles of here and same thing when it comes to grocery items...main thing to Steph, Dad and myself is everyone gets here safe and sound...everybody is good about chipping in so i promise we will all gain 5 lbs during the week and probably piss more than normal...WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A BLAST NO MATTER WHAT
