2010 Big Dog Mastiff what's it worth?

Hey guys, looking for a little advice here on good asking price for 2010 Big Dog Mastiff. I'm selling this mastiff for my brother who no longer rides (chronic medical issues). Bike has 11k miles, recent tune up, battery, oil change. BDM factory harness upgrade and ignition switch by Dead One Customs ESC - installed professionally with receipts.

I've had it advertised locally for 10k with just a few pings. Based on my limited research its priced right.....what's your thoughts on fair asking price?
I tried listing it on bringatrailer....they unfortunately rejected the submission claiming they are "selective" with custom motorcycles.

This is only from my perspective. Way back a few months to a year or so, the campaign from HD was to buy used HD's that were low milers, pristine condition, and just yesterday I entertained myself going to a multi dealer bike shop. I see harley's stacked up, piles of duc's, yammies, kawi, sitting on the floor. Very little service work with the customer's bike sitting outside being old piles more or less.

To me it's just another bike being pushed off to the next person that offers less. In other words, 10k is a fair price if you can get it. But if it's just a few hundred down from 10, I'd hop on the OBO. In other words, you stall and be thinking about it. Once the offer is said. Then you come back in between the both prices. His final offer is higher, and now close the deal.

Because I'm thinking parts are turning obsolete like anything else, you sure do not want to sit on it for those few hundred bucks difference. So bottom line, it's worth 4k in trade, 7k if you can get it. JMO

Get a ballpark price to ask from KBB (Kelly blue book) and offer it for sale on a national site like https://www.cycletrader.com/ . Remember beauty is in the eye of the beholder and Big Dogs are a great looking machine. Most buyers will look up the value of the bike and to get the best price make it clean as possible.

One of the old ones.
Two or three years ago I paid $!0,500 for a 2008 K9 and figured I got the deal of the century. If that Mastiff is really as good as it photographs, I’d think $10.5 is a bargain. I don’t like to disagree with other members, but be sure to let me know if you wanna sell it for $7K. Derek is still in business and will be for some time, I’d predict.
Mikeinjersey is right—Cycletrader post with few more pictures and clear description of the improvements is needed. Dead One (Jeff) usually installs the EHC, not just an ignition switch, huge difference in upgrade between the two….

Well best offer I can make you is get to to me and I'll ride it in honor of your brother and put the mileage on that it should get.
I'd even promise to wash that one regularly (unlike my daily K-9)
Wish I had the 10K to buy it but I don't -- now if I hit the lottery!

Nice looking bike .. your in the zone on price . North of 8k condition / updates I think is important. People ask 12k +, not sure they get it though .
Being a pro street model may take a little longer ?
