I talked to the manager at the Harley dealer and he said they do this all the time for people. The bike is there now waiting inspection.

I'm really surprised they would do that, and at what charge? If it was a Harley I could understand as it's likely to earn a customer later however a different bike is a head scratcher.

I think they charged him $100 He is having it picked up there at the dealer. The dealership was really great with everything, best one I have been in.
