Bike has been running great went to start it this morning, have like a backfire coming out of my air cleaner and a smell of burnt rubberwith some smoke.. y'all help me a few weeks ago with the little $0.80 vacuum rubber was hoping this is something simple as that

check to see if that cap got sucked into the throttle body. if you have the proper filter on the bike, there shouldn't be anything getting inside to burn. you're not running a velocity stack, are you????
