2006 K-9 problems??

I'm not worried about resale I'm worried what I'm paying for it!!!! By the way bank agreed to 12,500.00 for an 06 K-9 with less than 5000 miles and no recalls. But I sure don't need two dogs. If anyone wants a bad ass pitbull I'll let it go for 8500.00. What ya'll think about the new one.

Don't give the guy a penny. The deal needs to be negotiated with the bank. I would draw up a bill of sale "Subject to bank short sale approval" Is he late on the payments? He better be late and insolvent to short the bank half. I'd probably move on unless you want a head ache. It's got to be a reasonable amount. If the bike blue books for 17k then it needs to be within a certain percentage. I'd guess within a few thousand of private party value. I'm speculating here but know all about short sales do to my Real Estate career.
