2005 Pitbull Split Gas Tank Fuel Hose ?

On a 2005 Pitbull split gas tank, there is 2 hoses that cross over to each tank, top and bottom.

What size hose is this, I bought 5/16 and its to big, it doesn't fit nipples tight, very lose.

What would be the correct size ?

I searched forum, and a lot about braided, theory as to why these hose connect, and why they fail or become a issue at times,

but no exact size ..

5/16 is to big and is not snug
