2004 chopper wiring

First of all this is my First bike in 3 years !
I kicked Cancers ASS !!! & I'm Back !!

2004 Big Dog Chopper 7,230 Miles

Issue is, the bike I purchased has a new control box with the name on top
Littelfuse . Does anyone have the directions or suggestions for some turn signals work some don't ,Tach Doesn't work,Battery won't stay charged [new battery plenty of cold cranking amps] compression release wires there but no power. From the looks of things, who ever installed it Had no idea what they were doing
