2004 Chopper Stator

When I test the stator I have I get almost 60 ohms from each lead when I test one probe to one lead and the other probe to ground. When I put the probes in both leads I get 3 to 4 ohms. Is the stator bad?

Is my 2004 Chopper a 32 amp stator? I found this set up on E-bay will it work in my 2004 chopper:
