2004 BD Mastiff EHC Issues

I recently purchased a 2004 Mastiff "project" with apparent electrical issues. It has what looks like a new EHC module plugged into the existing original wiring harness, (picture link below). The 2 connectors that power the "ignition switch" have no place to plug into. Do I need to replace this "original" harness with an updated RIP Kit harness? If so, what is the correct part number for this harness? Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like a RIP kit but could not see the actual module.

Well it looks like most of my issues are related to my inexperience with this bike. "User Error". I'm glad the forum is here with tons of input and experience. I'll be on the road soon! That's why I'm not my own doctor or attorney.
