2003 Chopper RIP Kit

I want to put an RIP kit on my 03 Chopper but I can only find them for 04 and up. Will this work for an 03 or am I just out of luck? Replaced EHC and wiring harness just to slowly burn everything up once again, need steered into the right direction. Any help is welcomed
