I recently replaced the rear tire on my 03 Big Dog Bulldog and now I am hearing a chirpping noise when I ride? Any suggustions as to what is causing this? Does anyone have a break down of the assembly?

more than likely your belt is out of alignment causing it to rub on one side of the pulley. Put it up on a lift and adjust the angel of the axel so that the belt stays in the center of the pulley when the tire is rotated forward or backwards

No, the belt should ride as close to center on your rear pulley as possible...

Align and adjust per spec ... and make sure you adjust the belt tension.... loose belts tend to chirp more
