2002 pitbull charging system wiring schematic

Hello, I was wondering if someone out there has a wiring schematic for the charging system for a 2002 pitbull. The problem I am having is my battery is not charging, it fires up immediately after I take it of the trickle charger and has left me stranded a couple of times. It's not easy pushing a 700 lb. bike when your only a buck fifty.

Do a search on this forum. You will find a lot of info there. It is pretty simple. You will need a volt meter. Good luck!

I had an issue with my 02 also. It wound up being the stator or rotor i believe thats what it was called. Its a round piece about 6 inches wide with magnets on the inside wall. The grooves that went over the splines were rounded out so it wasn't charging when riding. Someone will help with the name if it.
