2001 Big Dog Box Front Fork parts

Does anyone know where to get a new or good shape front RH lower slider the damper tube broke and is stuck and did some damage
I would need the

1. Damper tube with seal
2. Damper tube Spring
3. Stop, Damper Tube ,lower
4. The slider tube RH, Chrome I think its called, see picture
5. M8 bolt and washer
6.

Thanks for the info parts are hard to find in Wyoming will be putting this info in my rolodex. Finally got the tube out of the slider and believe I saved the slider . Will be calling for damper damper tube. Again thanks again and glad I found this forum.
