2000 bulldog S&S rocker breather seal

Pulled my rocker assembly out today on the front cylinder to put my pushrods back in. Noticed there is a rubber umbrella type seal on the rear of the assembly but not the front. Is there suppose to be one in both front and rear of each cylinder?

My 04 did not have those, but it has flappers in the rocker box gasket.

Looks like im just suppose to have 2 like i do, just new ones.
