2 into 1 pipes

What are the best and quietest pipes I can buy? I have to get pipes that will be around 80-90 DB's cause here in Cali, cops are busting my balls. I want great performance as I have lots of mods. My Mean mothers are way to loud for the general public. I love them. Can I make those quieter? Any info would be helpful, thanks. I like the RB racing pipes, but I think they may be to loud.

Are the baffels still in those MM? Just put the stocks back on. If you don't have a set, you can get them off of ebay for arond 50 bucks or so.

The LSR 2-1 pipes aren't that loud (until you drop the hammer at least). They should pass any noise test.
