Sometimes it will fire up immediately other times I had to wait a a minute or more.. It's pretty random I'm sure this is gonna be pointed toward ehc . But anything else cause this.. It always has started back up.. Give me some ideas to check

ehc means watt? It means 12v goes into 5v working a 0.1v to less than 4v = 12.8v is a well charged battery sitting static... been sitting how long not being trickle charged all this time?

That or... Alex, for $200, I'll take... ehc takes a shit when the horn blows.

Don't waste your time fuk'n around, if you buy D O C s you get a new harness with it and you don't need to screw around trying to find a short in yours if that is the problem, finding a short or loose connection is not the easiest thing to do, by the time you do all that you could have the new harness and ESC installed, spend a little time doing it right and NEVER worry about it again.

Random computer bike speak:
ROM = Read Only Memory... as if a new laptop/PC was taken out of the box, plugged in and turned on ready to go.
RAM = Random Access Memory... as if the lapper/PC is slowing down from new, with all the porn downloads, ass crack and vaginal gash photos.
Format = Wipe all the RAM away so ROM is all fresh again like new.

Translation:
1. I pull the hot and ground connectors off the ehc.
2. I ground both hot and ground wires to the ehc/frame of bike; to empty the (memory) millivolts in the capacitors.
3. I solder a Y-connector so both the frame ground and battery ground are hooked up to the ehc.
4. I have a bulletproof ground because the ehc is directly attached to the battery too, so no questioning the ground.
5. I tighten both ground and hot cables so the ehc does not lose power and begins at 0000 again.

Get it?
