06 K9 crank sensor

I'm about to replace the crank sensor on my 06 K9. Can anyone tell me how far back I have to trace the wire before I get to the plug and approx where the plug is located. This would make the install so much easier. thanks......

Should be right under your camchest on the frame rail. It and the regulator have connections there.
I have posted out of the service manual the location of all plugs/connectors but I have too many pictures in my gallery to locate it now but it is there.

Fill all those connectors with die-electric grease while you are at it. It won't hurt and will displace water and makes sense while you have it apart.
