05 Ridgeback 41mm Fork Tube Spacer Length and width help?

Does anyone know the STOCK length of the FORK spacers in the tubes? I believe it's 1 1/4" OD and 1" ID diameter for the preload.....The PVC spacer that sits on top of the spring?

Rebuilding an extra set of forks and am missing those spacers....want to try and do them stock to see what happens....would look at my others, but they're still on the bike...

Googled, searched the site and looked at the manual, no lengths specified....or are these the same and do 3/4" to 1" preload on them?

3/4" works, 1" PVC is a fraction to big. Still wondering about length for preload...I cut it so it is flush with the top of the fork, so when you cap it on, it gives it about a 3/4" preload, unless I'm wrong....any thoughts? Opinions?

If you talking about the tubes that are around ten inches long more or less, I have two that I took out of an 03 chopper. If these are what you need, I'll run down to the shop and measure them, if you want them.

With that length of 9 7/8", should they then be flush with the top of the tube when fully extended? It would seem that that length would be a lithe short...unless I have wrong springs.....

I think you are correct with your length. Springs are 21.5" long, stock ones. So for +10 tubes, 9 7/8" sounds correct...
