05 BD ridgeback after warm up runs rough

After bike warms up bike starts to vibrate real bad no power compression was good plugs are black what would cause to run real rich all of sudden... Also coil has 12v how to check primary and secondary ohms and also what led lights on ignition module ... There is 2 boxes with led lights what should be on when running

sounds like you need to make sure the enricher is pushed all the way down. all it does is put more fuel into the carb so that could be your problem.
