04 Bulldog Hard to move around

I had bearings put in my rear wheel and got new brakes on it to include rotors. My Bulldog is difficult to move around. I use to be able to move it around easily but not now. Did I install the brakes wrong or did I do something else wrong.

Raise each wheel. Turn with your hand and do some process of elimination. It will become evident pretty quickly

I would guess you got the spacers mixed up. Easy to do. Well You found that out on the rear wheel. Id double check spacer location. Jmo.
