Ima guess on the left side. It may be taking up slack on the brake? Try addinig to the first thin one. If the brake rattles around, its wrong.

thanks again for all your help do you recommend using grease or anticize on the axel? may I ask is ok to use synthetic oil in the 107

Forgot to mention, if you loosen all 4 strut bolts then remove the top one on both sides, you can pivot the rear fender up outta the way a bit. Just tie a string to a tail light, lift the fender and tie the other end to the handle bars. More room is handy.

Hman trick will work just fine and get you really close and possibly perfect...but you need to roll the tire forward several and I mean several revolutions to make sure it is tracking right...once you get it tracking right never loosen the adjusters ever again....you can get the axle and out and tire off without moving them..
