big dog chopper leak

My Chopper had som headgasket problems. I completely rebuilt the 107 including the oilpump, carb etc. Parked it for the winter. It's been resting for about 3 months. Fired her up last night, and she spilled at least a quart of engine oil out the overflow hose. Anyone had any problem like this...
