Spray the inside of the belt as much of it as you can, place can in pouch and repeat at every stop...

I use the rubber handle of my hammer in the notches to tighten or loosen that cover, Yeah Yeah, I know I'm the hammer n chisel guy

You don't need much and it dries clear. I never had a problem with it.
if ya dont wanna make a spray mess, try rubbing a bar of plain soap on just the EDGES (inside and outside) of the belt. The soap will quell the squeek and not sling off. Wont last too long but allows you to pinpoint your problem. Jm .02

Used silicone. Seems to mostly have taken care of it. Still some squeal, but mostly gone. Still seems to mostly happen on turns.
Next stupid question - how squirrelly (I know - real technical term) are your bikes on turns? This is my first bike with a rear tire this big. It almost feels/sounds like the tire is under inflated. Don't think it is...

I run 36 pounds, never an issue..
if it is squirrelly, might want to give your rear bearings an inspection and then the swing-arm shaft.
