Yes, you are reading right............

I'm looking at selling my 06 Chopper that I special ordered and purchased new in 06. The bike has been absolutely bulletproof and I love the damn thing but......I'm looking at selling for a few reasons. This is the first place I have listed it as I really want it to go to someone who will appreciate as I much as I have.

The bike is absolutely flawless!!!! I know, I know we hear this all the time but this bike truly is!! It has been babied since the day it came home and I hate to say it, but it has been a trailer queen at times too. In fact it has NEVER been driven in the rain and NEVER been driven on gravel and it's been parked / stored in a temperature controlled garage. The paint is perfect, and all the aluminum is polished on a regular basis and looks great, even the motor!

I have complete maintenance records since the day it came home and it has only been ridden by me, my brother (once) and one close buddy (once), and that's it! Yes, I'm that fussy, anal, particular or whatever you want to call it, ha ha.

The bike needs nothing at all and is ready to roll down the road. If anyone has any questions or would like any additional or specific photos, no problem, just let me know.

Okay, so I'll start on some of the details,

7600 Miles

The bike has had the entire top end replaced under warranty. The TP top end was removed and replaced with an S&S top end. When this was done, the dealership also received jugs that were bored .20 over from BDM. The bike has also been dyno tuned and I have the numbers if anyone is interested.

Extras include,

K&N intake
Vance & Hines Big Radius with the mounting bracket powdercoated to match
Big City Thunder baffles
Stock exhaust also comes with
Wicked Image mirrors
Custom solo seat with matching flames
BDM extended forward controls
BDM chrome louvered air cleaner intake
BDM rear struts for sissy bar
BDM passender pegs (hardly even been used)
BDM flame primary covers
BDM rear axle covers / spike
Custom front spike axle covers
Chrome head bolt covers
Chrome visor bezels with smoke lens / front and rear
Chrome bolt covers and fillers on every exposed allen head and bolt
Stainless Steel fuel and breather lines with chrome fittings
Stainless Steel oil lines (all replaced last year)
Leather down tube bag
Complete maintenance records

$14,600.00

Oh man.... she´s beautiful!!! :zdrool:
Thanks, she is a sweetheart!

Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics, but it just works so much faster!! I have a bunch of florescent lighting in my garage and it kinda messes with pics and washes them out.

If anyone wants real good pics, I can arrange that.

FatDog, I am interested and not too far from you (SW UT to ND, right?).

A few questions:

How tall are you (I'm 6'1")?

How many miles on the tires (or % wear)?

Is electrical still stock and if so has the EHC ever caused you problems?

Thanks, Really I need another bike like I need a hole in the head! But hey, one can Never have too many motorcycles, Right? (Besides with yours which is so perfect, I could sell one of mine)!

Hey Shovel,

To answer your quesitons, first off I'm about 6 foot and probably 6'1" to 6'2" with boots on. Between the extended forward controls and the custom seat it fits about perfect. I had the stock solo seat cut down and back, so you sit a little lower and further back in the saddle.

I'll post up a pic of the tires but, there still pretty good.

As far as the electrical, it has the stock EHC but I have never had an issue with it. Keep in mind, the bike has NEVER been driven in the rain, NEVER been washed with a pressure washer and NEVER been driven on gravel. I guess you could say is a bit of a "princess"..... ha ha.

I love the bike and it's treated me great, but I just don't drive it enough as I have another bike and other hobbies that seem to take up too much time!! Plus throw in a lower back issue that bugs me at times and next thing you know it's fall and the poor dog only got walked a handfull of times.

I also have complete maintenance records since the day it came home and it's been parked in a climate controlled garage. The bike truly is mint and you wouln't be disapointed!!! If you want any other pics or a specific pic, just let me know and I'll post some up or send them directly to you.

Honeslty, I hate to see it go but........if it goes I would like it to go to someone who will get out and reallly enjoy it and take care of her!!

Any other questions, feel free to give me a shout.

Jim

Jim (FatDog), Thanks for the info I asked for and the tire pics. I wasn't able to get back to you earlier today. Will get in touch tomorrow. How does one do pvt messages on this new forum? Maybe you could message me and I can respond. Or if you could send your email address privately to me and I could respond with mine. I could and did use pvt messages on the old format.
