I have an 04 107cu Ridgeback and would like to baby it as far as the best fluids.
Anyone run synthetic oils in your choppers?
I know its more expensive but I know in my cars it's been worth it.

Mobil 1 full synthetic in my motors. Lots of times I find it on sale and buy a case or two, so it's not too badly priced!

Probably a better question would be, does anyone run anything other than synthetics in there dog? Just saying...

Amsoil in the engine and redline shockproof in the tranny.

Amsoil here.

Been running it in three bikes and two Beemers -- some for as long as 10 years. Had to send the X-wedge in for warranty work last year. The Tech asked me what I was running because the motor looked new and it had 18,000 on it.

just a note**** do not put synthetic in the primary, clutch does not like being that slippery. some have not had a problem but why take the chance.
