Gents,

After a few weeks of fiddling around with jets, etc (I am running 32 Int. 78 Main and 60 Air Bleed) I have noticed now this white (clean) spot on the Rear Cylinder´s Spark Plug. What this mean???

I am having real hard time to adjust it now in winter :bang:

Possibly the rear cylinder is hotter than the front cylinder. But you are definitely running too rich, change to a smaller jet and run a new set of plugs and check again.

Running way too rich for sure. I would go 31 and 74 or 76. And get rid of them damn Iridium plugs, your ignition system is not designed to run with them. Run a standard NGK DCPR7E
Also, the front cyl actually will run hotter because of the oil flow. If it seems to be running leaner in one cyl than the other, most likely you have an intake manifold seal leak on that cyl.

You will also want to check you fuel/air mixture screw. Pull it out, inspect the needle for any worn groove in tapered end. If it's good, install and set to 1 1/2 turns out from bottom. Then warm motor to operating temp, turn needle clockwise till idle stumbles, then turn counterclockwise till idle stumbles, place needle half way between these two points.

Yes get rid of those damned iridium plugs! I had them and just trouble.
It's better to stick to the original design.

Yeah like Dragan said, sell the plugs on Ebay:D
As I told you in email, that mixture screw is worn out for sure. I can see the groove in the picture. I'll get one sent to you with that LED :2thumbs:

What would cause the groove in the needle? over tightening when adjusting?

You can go on S&S web site and print or down load everything you need to adjust carb. And pick proper jets, its a pretty easy read and really good things to no. I have stayed with the stock spark plugs (champions), remember spark just ignites fuel nothing to do with much else - so high priced spark plugs will not help. If carb. Is set right plugs will last 15000 miles easy.
