OK heres what i found....
Battery voltage 13.7( UNHOOKED) and the battery is new (4 mths old.)
I disconnected the battery, starter lead, all battery wires hot and ground and the EHC. cleaned all contacts . The EHC had old dielectric grease( looked real flakey) in it so i used a small fine brush and got all the old gunk out and used Q-Tips for the rest. Loaded some NEW Dielectric in the connectors (all inside the battery area) and reassembled

SUCCESS

reassembled everything and WALLAH all lights work and she fires right up.. Only thing i can think of is a bad connection on the EHC. The reason i say this is i cleaned all the battery contacts
BEFORE anything else and this
didn't fix the problem. So i think the ehc may have had a OPEN circuit somehow???? Only thing i can think of is vibration as a factor for this to happen. I hope this helps someone else down the road. Oh and after this i checked the EHC lights and only have 2 that come on now. CONTROLLER ON / POWER
NOW LET'S RIDE
I Want too thank
KaptinAmerika for the help....
