WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing like opening up your primary for service for the first time since the factory had your bike, to replace a broken frame under warranty, and find that someone at the factory stole your Bandit Bruiser Clutch System and sent your ride back with a stock clutch in it.
The surprises just keep coming.
Sorry Raywood

Wait I thought they replaced the frame out of warranty and the break may had been from a hard hit on one of the Surgis trips.

The clutch though sounds pretty f'd up if they did that without his knowledge.

Dude, that is f#(%ed up! Any way you can prove the upgraded clutch was still in your scoot when it went to the factory?

Damn sorry to hear......been thinkin about gettin the bandit...so is there a noticeable diffference....or not really

Much easier to pull lever, if its set up right, and no worrys about a failed carrier. My stock carrier actually had cracks in it when I installed my bandit.

That is sad, but possibly the real reason most of us wrench our own stuff. There are very very few that can be trusted, and you usually get screwed when you let your guard down. It takes something like this to remind us all the reason our garages are full of tool boxs, our hands are grease riden most of the time as well. A wonderful reminder why forums like this are up and running keeping us all from getting screwed as often. Let me repeat that statement, A wonderful reminder why forums like this are up and running keeping us all from getting screwed as often.

I like messing with Ray about running out of gas, losing his kickstand , etc. but this kind of stuff pisses me off too. I lack the trust factor when it comes to leaving the scooter and my truck almost anywhere. I had a Ford dealership manager ask me " the other Ray" to take my truck to another dealership when it was under warranty to do warranty work after I blew a gasket  with him in the service bay area.

Again thank you all that really have knowledge of these scooters for helping us all that have less knowledge of them keeping them on the road. Greatly appreciated !

Rays issue wasn't the only one either. When I opened my primary I discovered that the shop that replaced my motor didn't torque the clutch hub nut correctly. It came loose allowing the basket to start wobbling. Now I have to pull the transmission, replace the main shaft and the primary seal, install a new flanged hub in the clutch and get it all back together. I'm taking the bike to the shop that did the work on Monday to see the damage but I doubt I will get any satisfaction.
