BDMs service center is closed.

BDM has closed their service center. They are going focus on selling parts. I know this because I was the service tech there,16 years there. My name is Will... troppushcet is tech support backwards. I will continue to help support BDM with our new service center C.A.Jones V-twin Vibrations. By buying parts from them and continue servicing Bigdog motorcycles. Trust me I know these bikes. I did work in engineering for 9yrs of the 16yrs there. Best of luck to them.

They decided to focus on just selling parts. We had a meeting yesterday and had to cut cost and lower the overhead. Now they will have Bigdog customers needing srevice direct them to my shop and in return I will buy the parts from them. Here is my # 316-390-5161, if you or anybody eles has any tech questions.

Maybe the Service Center would have done better if they'd have let people know about it!!! :loony:

So you'll take the grief for the broken bikes that you won't be able to fix unless they pick up the pace on getting/supplying parts? That doesn't seem fair...
