Ha....That'd be pretty cool if he did but that's a far reach. BDM would take a lot more organization and skills that he doesn't have. He's more of a one-off guy versus mainstream distribution. Just my perspective. I guess you could always pay someone to run your baby...

I bet he would not by the debt. BDM is worth money for sure. Lots of bikes on the road and a good following. It needs to be bought and run the right way as a small company. Hope it comes true.

There was an interview with him on one of those TV news magazine shows a few weeks back, based on what he said and what they showed of his current "new" lifestyle, I highly doubt he'd be buying a defunct company. He is living a lot more laid back with less pressure. Has a nice spread, land that is, somewhere in Texas.

Like the idea of Colemean starting production up again.... don't like a name change!

He needs to be more like Big Bear or one of those companies.... only put the bikes together after you've received xxx number of orders. Allow the dealers to be more granular in what they are ordering (more "custom"). But it really should continue as BigDog...

I agree with WyldeBill, great rumor. If he got enough money from "Monster Garage" and "Jesse James is a Dead Man", to buy BDM? I'd say he was highly over paid then. It would be sort of cool though.

As I under stand it it will still be big dog motorcycles, but the name will change, kind kind of like they did.with big dog performance parts. I think Harley did the same kind of thing back in the 90's or something.

If i had the money to buy Big Dog Motorcycle, That be a fun job to have. Excuses to keep riding everyday between work, home, heck just about anywhere. Honestly I love riding my k9 so much Im willing to invest in the business because i know there are enough big dog followers, loyalist and more to come when they realize just how of a great bike the dogs are in long term. My outside sales rep will be the people who rides the big dogs. Again, i seriously think it be a good investment to have if i had the money. just my 2 cents here. :2thumbs::2thumbs:
