Well after seeing ChopperDaves pipe thread, I started drooling over the SC pipes, namely the Hellstroms, so after showing the wife what I wanted she gave the ok:lol:

Ordered these baby's on Monday the 13th and recieved them on Friday the 17th!!!! That is some kick ass service!

Like Gas says custom don't bolt on.... I had to remove some metal from the bottom of my breather houseing for the clearance of the new pipes but it turned out real nice.

The sound is awesome! And it made a difference in performance over the V&H 2 into 1's. At least it sure seems too.:whoop:

Love your exhaust. :2thumbs:
Can you still have the passenger foot pegs ?
Not heating the passenger foot up too much ?
Is it possible to see what you had to do on your breather housing ?

Wife's foot get's a little warm, but we've been watching it, we rode 150 miles yesterday and so far so good.

Here is a pix of the underside of the breather, something to remember is I have the extended breather, its out 1 inch further than standard, so I only removed about 1/2 inch with a air grinder and angle grinder. I don't think I could have used the standard with these pipes.

Al, Clint said he could put one in there, but he didn't think I needed one. So I didn't go with one.

When you open her up they are loud. I will get sound clip....

I have Clint doing the C4L pipes for me now. I am hoping to have them next week.

He is installing the Thunder Baffles in them for me. I didn't want to take a chance of loosing any performance from my Mean Mothers I am taking off.

I think with the angles they will look good on the Ridgeback matching the rear frame angles:
