I've seen a little shorter version that clears the tag with no problems. I think there are way to many exhaust issues to do one on the right side
I think your right. After looking at my mastiff it doesn't look like the solo will work on either side. The smaller bags might work on either side but they don't appear to be as large as a tool roll.
These attach to the swingarm. 2 straps on the lower tube and 2 on the upper tube.
If you are referring to the solo bag, I think your tag is going to be in the way (at least it is on my Mastiff). The exhaust is a problem on the right side unless you have short pipes.

i already make a similar bag. i can make it any way you need it.
right or left along with different buckel configurations.
my concern with the single buckel bag shown is the flap would tend to peal up from wind
mine are made also to be stiffer. i don't like a droopy bag.

The right side of the K-9 has the belt and the left side has the license place. Has anyone successfully installed a solo bag on their K-9?
