Loving it bro!!! I kinda did the same with my k9 and rid of a lot of factory big dog stuff as well… just wanted to be different, I mean already am riding a 9’11” bad ass chopper. But I never like their bars or their gauges… so that was first. Then hardwired it to get rid of all that ehc bs (poor design) jmho… but keep on with it brother!!!

So I finished welding my spring mounts for the seat today. I didn’t like the look of the battery and wires showing because it just looked messy.
So I fab’d up some ABS plastic and used a heat gun to manipulate it to how I wanted. It turned out pretty good so I think I’ll use it for the time being.

Just be sure that that ABS has the anti-uv treatment in it or you'll be replacing it sooner than you'd like.

Finished my handlebars. Lots of geometry, measuring, finding the perfect most comfortable but great look riding position, cutting and finally welding! I love how they turned out!

I also started fabing up my front chin spoiler. I got one of those Vevor plate / rod ring rollers. It’s kind of a turd and you will have to beat your rolls into submission once you’re done, but it did what I wanted it to. Getting my skeleton the way I wanted was a pain!
Now I need to work on the skin!
