there you go.

if your bike vibrates real bad check the motor mounts then the crank runout.
The sad thing is that the dealer took 3 shots to figure that out.

Too damn many dealers and others that make assumption and just change parts.

Well, I gota weigh in here. I got an 07 Mastiff (first Dog). Been riding the shit out of it, yea it vibrates -- so what -- so does my lawn mower! I've had a couple back operations and if nothing else it makes my back feel better. Good hell there a lot of other things to bitch about -- find something else.

There are mods for the pussies that want a smoother running bike...

(1) Drop the compression

(2) Retard the timing a few degrees

(3) Run lower octane fuel (maybe even with a little water in it)
(4) Put a "E" carb back on with the restrictor plates

(5) They make smaller camshafts you know?

(6) Stock exhaust will help alot

(7) Last resort, trade it in on a Honda!!!

Everyone wants more power, make it louder, bigger cam, and then they wonder why it vibrates more!!!

HAVE YOU EVER RODE IN A TOP FUEL FUNNY CAR???:D

(they aren't the smoothest running things.... I wonder why?)

Hey ... isn't it better to check out why it vibrates "so much" before the bolts fall out and then you have a big repair bill if you survive the crash? just my .02cents :D:spank::rant::up::bang:

I found 2 loose bolts and yes it was on my bike ... took the vibration right out ... but now I'm not smiling as much ..... :job::spank::loony::D

A 60's muscle car vibrates more than a new muscle car, but that doesn't mean there is anything wrong with it. It just means it is a REAL Muscle car!
