I have a 1999 Bigdog Bulldog and after completely rewiring my bike with basic wiring i have no spàrk i got lights both headlight and tail lights but when i test for spark at my plugs nothing i have a dyno 2000i installed and its a 107 s&s motor

Check the crank sensor is hooked up to the ignition and working. Also worth checking to make sure that the coil is connected and working.
My process is usually reverse from the point of the problem. So being spark, check the wires are connected to coil, coil has its connections to everything, and so on...however I have found on a lot of the older bikes (mostly Harleys I have worked on) it seems like it is the sensor to the ignition that ends up being the problem.
