Thanks Snuffy. Got the oil tank and lines installed...battery Box installed. Got the exhaust installed but not 100% sure it's seated properly in the exhaust ports. I'll find out when I start it. All the electrical seems ok...engine turns over. I may try to start it tomorrow.

If you can’t stick your finger in between the rear pipe and port on the left side of the rear pipe then you have hope.wish we could compare them to the set I got to see the difference

When I first held them up to the port without the Flanges they seemed to Seat nicely and clear everything. Then I installed the Flanges and everything changed a little. They look like they're aligned and seated. I didn't bother putting in new Gaskets because I planned to take them back off. We'll see how it goes after I start it up. Maybe tomorrow I'll mount the tank.

Good news...started the bike up today! Fired right up...I was very surprised because it hasn't been started in almost 1 year. Those pipes sounded like a dragster, extremely happy! Had to remove the Speedometer because the mount for the extended Handlebars was too long. Now that the tank is installed I may be able to remount it, or possibly use the shorter one off my old Handlebars. Anyway, things are moving along. Still plenty of work remains. Rebuild calipers, reassemble both wheels then install. Brake lines, air filter...etc.

Whatever you do… DO NOT use the baffles for those pipes. Glad to hear they worked! This guy lives in Orlando I believe. Has the RSD Blow Exhaust. You should be Golden! IMG_9959.jpeg

I went ahead and ordered a new carb, mine was already leaking Fuel through the front and the springs were corroded. I also ordered the jets you specified. Question; On the Air Bleed Vent, it looks like from this picture that it's accessible through the front. However, I watched a video that showed it accessed from inside. Which is it?

If you’re going to get a new carb you might want to upgrade. There’s a few people on here with vast knowledge about carbs. You might want to get some info first
