Ok, for those who have the expertise...Where to get the Dragon frontend? How much? is it straight forward "remove and replace" I would hope by now, the company got a "Kit" for the k-9....

Bike Builders Bible. Not a simple swap. You'll most likely need some custom wheel spacers and since you have to remove the rake in the trees and get the batwing trees it looks kinda funny IMO. You might also have issues with the trees hitting the tank unless you shorten the sweep.
