Okay guys i am 6ft 4 " would like to stretch the legs out some more. But i don't want to over do it or make the controls look weird sticking all the way out front. What the recommendation for the best fit and look 2.5 or 3 been told you want to retain a slight bend in the legs.

Leaning towards 2.5 any suggestions?:confused::hi:

depends on your inseam. if you are short legged with all torso, shorter extensions; if you are long legged with short torso, longer extensions.

I'm 6' and have a K9 with 2.5 extensions. I have a 31" inseam. They work great for me. I could probably go 3 for more comfort. I wouldn't expect any degradation in rider performance over the .5 inch. With your height I think 5" would be best. You will still have plenty of control but be way more comfortable. Of course it depends on what model bike you have as well. My basis is off of the K9. My pops has a mastiff with 2.5" and they seem to stretch my feet out farther than on my K9.

:roll:I'm sorry i thought the post was about something completly different.
I thought you wanted to extend your third leg.

Mine is stock a satisfies me, and i am the proper height although i am too tall for my hair but too short for my height.

6'4"....................i hate you already.:(:(:(

34 inseam. think I bought the 6 extension? Maybe 5? was the longest available. I had the BDM extensions but they were not enough

I'm 6'6" Had the 2&1/2in on bike not enough, added the big D&Ms to my existing 2&1/2. Very comfortable but they do stick out there a mile :lol:
I put a large tool bag between them kind of hides the space

Hi Guy's, I just signed up so new to this.

I have a K9 and looking to get extensions too but having trouble with the bike shops here finding any. I think the 5" will work..., any suggestions on where to buy some?

Thanks for your help!
