Hi, can anyone tell me where I can find an 04 Service Manual for my Mastiff?

Thanks,

I have an '04 Mastiff. I also have the factory manual, and in my opinion, you can "source" them in the nearest garbage can. It is a TOTAL waste of money. It covers topics like "lefty-loosey, righty-tighty", proper tire inflation procedures, etc. If you're trying to accomplish a task that actually requires you to have a tool in your hand, the manual tells you to take your bike to the nearest authorized Big Dog service center. Your best bet is to do a search on this site for maintenance and repair posts, they're much more helpful. Gasman used to post a ton of really good "how-to's". There is also some very good info on the s&s website. If you're looking for torque values or anything like that in particular, pm me and I'll grab my manual out of the toilet and try to find it for you.

I agree with Peckerwood... you will be better off with an 03 or an 05 Manual. I don´t even have it my collection.

Someone give him an 04 and an 08. I use both for my 04. Reason for the 08 is it's written better and has more torque specs and pictures.

Only thing different from 04 to 08 is the LSD vs RSD Everything else is the same
