Any Huskys been Hardtailed ?

Don't get me wrong i'm not down on the swing arm suspension but am Curious if any of the Big Dog Bikers have successfully done a Hardtail conversion on any of the older models ? It'd be super cool to hear of a Husky hardtailed and the challenges faced and how problems were solved.I didnt find much in a search of the forums .I'd freak out if Paughco had a weld on or a complete frame for a simplified swap .

I don't know of anyone on here doing anything like that and I wouldn't expect to find any kind of conversion kit from anywhere for the job. you could always make up some solid struts and replace the shocks with them.

I wouldnt take out the shocks just for a hard ride but like the extra clean look of a hardtail, a round oil bucket and tall sissy bar .

If you want a hardtail just move everything to a rigid frame as old as yours is all the parts wood pretty much fit
