2005 Big dog ridgeback

My bike is slipping out of gear and there is a screeching sound in higher gears. Any ideas? Please help

Higher gear screeching....which gears? Any other noises? What RPM? When clutch is pulled in at a stop light, does it pull? do you have 'lagging' when in any gear? When idling in neutral, any noise? When idling in 1st gear any noise?

Screeching seams to be in 4th and 5th @ about 45 mph or higher

Could it be your belt screeching???? If you pull the clutch in does it stop??? We can't help ya without more info...
