I told him yesterday he needs to start doing some etching work or some sayings on them !!! IF I COULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO POST PICS I HAVE TWO OF THEM TAKEN WITH MY I PHONE OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT!!!!:bang:

X@ Spectacular piece, was exactly what I needed instead of re-paint. Thanks again Shannon, I'll post a pic when I get it on, but right now I'm busier than a one legged man in an A$$ kicking contest:lol: Before Daytona, I'm putting new front tire on and the wheel bearing was shot, but I had them, and I have a new Wolfe head light to put on, so while the tank is off I'll install the ring and bong.

I posted pics in the spring of one i installed from Shannan on my 07 Bulldog. Looks totally awesome and did a great job covering up the bubbles. I even put a little too much heat and cause a bigger bubble which the ring hid well.
Shannon dos great work guys.

Thanks Brew for the blow up.
I've talked to a couple of guys that the bubbles have extended out further than the 3 3/4'' ring, that I was making, would cover. I can make these up to 4'', anything over that, would have to be a custom job, and take me a little more time.
Anyone interested, just send me a PM, and I'll give you my phone number, so we can talk about your needs.
I'm not looking to get rich and famous here, just want my friends looking good out there.

Wow! I've been sweating about the little bubbles forming around my gas cap. I was just about to but some clear nail polish. This is exactly what I need....PM forthcoming.

Mr. Wright... Any ideas, thoughts about one that would work for my BBC Sled Pro Street... issue is that the gas cap on the sled is a "pop up" and there does not seem to be much clearance on the sides of the fill hole and the cap is flush with the top of the tank? Thanks!

I wanted to take this opportunity to follow up on my 12/10 message to Shannon, i.e., Mr. Wright He responded to my initial message and we spoke live. My concern with the paint saver ring was due to my gas cap on my BBC Sled Pro Street being a "pop up". I feared the saver would interfere with the function of a pop up style cap. Shannon asked me for the dimensions and said he would do a prototype. Fast forward to yesterday when I returned home from a trip to find the paint saver had arrived. The product looks fantastic and the fit is tremendous. Below are a couple of photos of before and after. I think it looks awesome and I am once again amazed at the talent of the members of this forum. THANKS Shannon!!!!!
