I would really like to turbo charge the s&s 107 on my chopper (2004) but am not having any luck finding one. I talked to trask in phoenix and they said their kits don't work on the evo motors.

I've seen that bike in person. I can't find the picture I have of it, but the frame is beefed up and gusseted a lot more to hold it together. Plus if you look at Marc's picture, there using a RHD transmission from an 04 Bull Dog. Which is different than any other 04.
Big Dog set that bike up,(the one in the picture) to set a land speed record. I don't remember how that went, but the difference between that bike and the one I have a picture of, besides the frame, is when I saw it, it had a melded engine. It couldn't handle the heat.

during my trip through Sturgis, Yellowstone, etc last year I ran into a number of bikes that were turbo charged. they were not using for racing, but mostly touring. although I did see a few in Sturgis that were turbo charged and had nitrous. but I think that was much for show as go. the main reason I would like to do it is a) for show (and the sound) and two it should give the bike a bit more get up and go when you twist the throttle.. I am too old for drag racing ( I did race a 750 Kaw back in the day - the old triple two cycle one). I am hoping that after my chemo finishes in july that I can go for another long ride - thinking about going from here (Tucson) up into new England and then along the east coast to Florida and then back along the gulf coast and I think a turbo charged bike would be just the ticket. I will see if I can track down this guy and get some pointers

The only worries with turbo is having low compression but with the engine stock it will be low to no boost and only wise noise.

I am not sure I follow. generally a turbo works well on lower compression engines. admittedly this only has two cylinders and a single carb so the boost will not be too great which is ok with me.

Yea but I'm not sure what compression ratio is the pistons , like 10 to 1 or 11.1 or 9to1 turbos like low compression and I'm not sure about a 107 but I have a 117 in my 06 ridgeback and have compression release so I'm assuming high compression

I just looked in the manual but unfortunately they give a lot of specs but not the compression ratios. they give the formula for calculating it but don't give enough info to use them. I will drop them a line and see if I can get an answer for some of the stock engines.

Compression is 9.6:1.
What have you already done to the engine? Cam, intake, exhaust, programmable ignition?
