Hey BD Bagger owners...

Do any of you guys know what after market fairing BD used for the Baggers? or have any of you looked into having a custom windscreen made ? I have seen all different kinds of screens on a few Baggers but I cannot find a place that will make one. I know Ross cycles had some made but I don't care for that one.

Thanks for any info...

I have on I got from Bigdog in St. Charles, Mo. It is about 50% bigger than the standard one, it is a dark black and you cannot see through it. I still like it though. If you want a pic PM me your number and I will send you one.

I sent this guy a message to see where he got this one. This is a great looking Bagger.

Update: I messaged this guy and he said he cut it down from a Harley screen but does not recall which one.

Ok so I talked to Zach from this place here https://bikescreen.com/ and I am sending my old screen to him for a pattern. Its going to cost around $249 for a custom made screen. Could be more or less depending on what I want to do with it. I will be getting a flare at the top AKA Euro flip because they are not aloud to use the word flare. I am not sure if I want clear or tinting yet. I will ask him to keep the pattern just in case any of you guys want them to make a screen . It will take a few weeks.

The lexan drills and cuts fine. Just can't use a lot of pressure. Also comes in different shades. If you tackle it yourself i have found that high speed and very low pressure works best for cutting and drilling. Use a fine tooth blade in the jig saw. Also use a sanding block for the cut edges. You can control the area to sand without marring the surface you are looking thru. Hope this helps. Forgot to mention the painter's tape on the cut lines. Also helps with the scratching.

They have a couple of nice videos on how to drill holes and sand edges on their website.

Thanks for sharing. I didn't have any trouble shaping the lexan with conventional tools.
