i am looking for a ignition control module for a 1996 vintage classic. The bike however was built by Vick Edelbrok's race team! I do not no if the module is still stock,or not. If the bike is built, can you run the factory module,or do you need more volts ?

Some people on this site have a good knowledge of the Vintage bikes. Are you certain you need a control module? Wait for someone here to help you troubleshoot and isolate your problem before buying a new module. Cam sensors are more likely to fail rather than the ignition module itself.

Knothead is the local legend when it comes to this model. He just sold his baby too. He is working his tail off but should be along shortly. Pull up a chair while you wait and have a read..

Mick is correct with his questions. Answer those and maybe we can help you... but with that said most likely you have a Dyna 2000 or a Ultima ignition module...these module are the cam sensor and ignition module in one
Personally on that era bike and ignition and sensor in one, I would go with the Daytonna TwinTech unit -- serverd me very well on my pre-BDM bike.
