Description & Comments
2005 American Ironhorse "Texas Chopper" Softail,
Polished 124" S&S Engine, Carbureated, with only
3,800 original miles, Baker 6-Speed Right-Side Drive,
280 Rear Tire, Air Ride Suspension, Upgraded Chrome Package from American Ironhorse. Accessories include Original Singel Seat and small Pillion Pad Passenger Seat, AIH Improved Comfort Logo Single Seat, Custom Made two-up Faux Aligator Seat with Sissy Bar (Costs for the AIH Comfort Seat and the Custom 2-Up seat was $2,300) . All matching design wheels, rotor mounts, and sprocket (Spade Design). I've had the aluminum wheels, rotor mounts, sprocket, fork sliders and other aluminum beauty items chromed (Cost for just the chrome: $2,200, not including labor and travel). I had Chrome Glow in Coral Springs, FL, install $2,200 worth of Chameleon LED Lights all over the bike. The lights change through 7 different colors (white, red, orange yellow, green, blue and purple) and can be remotely controlled to cycle through the colors and either "flash", "stay 1 color" or "Breathe". I've added AIH Matching folding Rear Passenger Pegs, Custom Mirrors and a Custom Kick-Stand. I still have the original kick-stand and factory mirrors. In preparation for selling the bike, I replaced both tires with new ones and changed the synthetic oil. (The current tires and oil literally have only 30 miles on them for the test drive). In 2005, the Out-the-Door price for the bike was $44,000. With all of the added work and accessories, including labor and travel, I'm into this bike for around $52,000.00. The bike is in like new condition, with the exception of some road scratches on the bottom of the frame that you have to look for to find. The bike has never been wrecked or repaired in any way, with the exception of oil changes. It starts, idles and runs like new. It has been garage kept its entire life. There isn't much left for anyone to do to it except to enjoy the bike. It draws a crowd everywhere it goes! If you think that the price is too high, I'm sorry! This is an awsome bike and I'm not going to give it away. You can spend $30-$35,000 at the Harley Shop for a new bike, and then spend a lot more money "customizing" it so that you don't look like every other HD going down the road. I know, I'm a past Harley owner. But if you want to be the leader of the pack and look like no one else, then this bike is for you. I also have a custom "Cargo Mate" 17' x 7' tandem axel trailer that has been customized with Condor Chopper Chocks to carry either 1 bike down the middle, or 2 bikes side-by-side. Both chocks are movable and removable. It has custom wheels, interior cabinents, all LED lighting and matching spare tires. The current tires are brand new (as in zero miles on them). The trailer was $8,300, I'm asking $6,500 for it by itself. If you buy the chopper, I'll cut you a deal on the trailer.
