I have before you need a good wide blade screwdriver to keep from tearing up the brass jet. (same even if you pull the bowl)Can you just take off float bowl drain plug and stick a screwdriver in there and unscrew the main jet instead of removing entire bowl?
Thanks.I have before you need a good wide blade screwdriver to keep from tearing up the brass jet. (same even if you pull the bowl)

Yea theres a hose about 1/8" or 3/16" from the front should go to the manifold not the carb.Is there a hose that goes to the front head also? Looks like a smaller diameter rubber hose going to the carb from the fron cylinder? can you shed some light on this Thanks JJ
Another option is to totally eliminate the front hose, just cap off the front head and the manifold. That hose is listed as optional in the SSW manual. Thanks for helpin with my basic questions. That front hose......do you need to get that redirected to a puke can also?

http://www.bigdogbiker.com/forums/how/4943-how-adjust-your-carb-check-jetting.htmlOK... was getting ready to read up on how to change out the jets to fix a stumble I have around 70mph (Int jet). Start reading through this thread and all the pics are gone...? wtf?
Can anyone help with some visual guidance for this process...? Much appreciated.
