I just got off the phone with Bob at Triple X. Saw a post here a couple days ago where someone posted that he was out of business. Triple X is in full workload and doing there magic to our carburetors.
He has done three carbs for me since I had my 03 Mastiff. Had two done in my 05 Chopper. He makes a big difference in the performance of our carbs, run much smoother and even makes them easier to work on with his extention screws. And they look great.

So tonight I'm pulling mine off my new KMC/BD and sending it to him for his fantastic mods.

That was probably my post you are referring to ray. I have had one hell of a time getting the xxx carb dialed in almost, to the point where I wanted to jettison the damn thing. But I am getting close.
I installed torque cones in the exhaust and bumped the intermediate up to a .34 it finally is running without bogging down. Still has a slight sneeze in the carb and I may bump up the intermediate to a .36.

I'm having him do the bore (39mm to 42mm) on my E carb and all the other mods he lists on his website. No Thunderjet for me, only comes on at 4500 rpm and I rarely see that rpm range. He tweaks a few other mods like cutting down the butterfly rod, accelerator mods and other airflow mods.
Of you have a G carb it gets bored from 42mm to 45mm.
I mostly like all the extension screws for easy adjustments.

I agree. I was just looking for extension screws and I can't find any sold separately.

I can't figure why S&S don't make those mods if they clearly make carb better?

I received my carb today, quick turn around. Looks damn good. Should have it on by tomorrow due to all the rain and flooded out garage I have.

I posted this before but for those that do not know about Bob's history he was part of the team that built the fire hydrant carb Orange County Chopper put on thier 9/11 bike.

Here is mine, should have had a stock picture of mine before I sent it off.
