I have 2006 K-9. Went through multiple batteries and voltage regulators for years. I was told problem could not be the stator. I had stator replaced and it fixed all problems.. that was two years ago. still have same battery and voltage regulator.
Just my two cents.

And there you have it plain and simple. No complete rewire, maybe still running the original ehc. Omg will miracles never cease?

Lets see how long my new VR last...

YAS YAS!!!! Finally I got to do some work on the Bike....

New VR installed and ALL GOOD.

Old VR was fried! Sometimes it´s just a matter of getting into it instead of keeping on bitching! :lol:
