HAHAHA... AMEN!!! I've been saying that for 2years!
I think that should be reposted as "SPOKEN LIKE A TRUE AMERICAN, NOT A RUBBER STAMPED "VOTE FOR CHANGE" NEW AGE, RUIN OUR COUNTRY POS"... but other than that.. you got it.:flag:
(20 years service to my country to protect you, your family and your rights gives me the right to say that...)
It's official. Big Dog Motorcycles has ceased the production of motorcycles for the immediate future. (They haven't made any since September that I am aware of anyway). They are re-organizing as 'Big Dog Performance Parts" and are still open and will remain in business for the foreseeable future.
This is a completely different situation than American Iron Horse and other makers that no longer exist.
For the vast majority of owners nothing will change and it might actually increase the value of the motorcycles you already own as supplies dwindle. I know I have shipped many bikes to the EU lately and have been paying more this year for replacement used stock than I was paying last year for similar bikes.
Ride your bikes and enjoy one of the finest production bikes ever made. We will still be here to service you.

 Tank is sitting at Big Dog as I type this for warranty work....hope it slid under the door and got done. Amy/Strokers is trying to find out. :bang:
Extremely happy for you guys that you are re-organizing. :flag:
Best of luck to the new 'Big Dog Performance Parts" group and Give Bob Lockwood his job or a job again. :2thumbs:
Now get back to work and send me my EHC elimination kit and new Speedo ASAP. :2thumbs:
Would be nice to have them installed soon, I got bike events to attend coming up to show them off.:choppersmiley:
I can't believe Ray hasn't put his input on this.
Gee, we can rest easy now that you finally agree to what we knew here since Rick got the call Monday morning. I guess we're not liars now. Thanks.
Any BDM dealer worth their salt will still work hard for the end user and do what we can to make the transition as easy as possible. I'm hoping the new parts company will open quickly so that this won't be as inconvenient for our customers as things have been. We are working hard here at Strokers Dallas to be proactive rather than reactive! There is nothing we can do about what happens at the manufacturer level, but we can continue to support our customers on a daily basis...
Love my K9..:2thumbs:...love riding it..:2thumbs:....going tomorrow to ride the THREE SISTERS in Kerrville... get out , ride your Dog and dont worry about this, it all will be fine....:flag:.
Love ya Tim! And if it helps...I'm not mad at you!! LOL
Glad you liked it
That's all I needed to hear!!!
Glad to see Chris back with his crazy shit... love the Batman gif!!!
I wrote in a thread on here about a year ago that I thought BDM should increase their line of accessories. My thinking was most people could afford some accessories as opposed to buying a new BD. Saying that, I was hoping BDM could continue to be in business during these tough times. Good luck to everyone at BDM! Peace!
:2thumbs:Sweet, sounds like you are out of the Dog House! Its all good:roll:
hey if no one else has tried it, the accessories and apparel links go nowhere on the Big Dog web site.
I doubt I am with lena, but Amy is what really matters.
Glad you liked it Tim
Here we go folks...
Quit the rumors... BDM admits it
